The HVAC tech seems to be the one who did faulty work, and it seems to me that the HVAC tech who actually performed the work is the one to seek redress.

I patched several of the duct work that was leaking and most of the pools of water were gong last week however, the insultation around several of the vent lines are saturated and needed to be replaced or rewrapped. As to the electrical, after three tech visits and tearing out the wall to provide access to the wiring, AHS is saying that the tech reported pest damage "underneath" the home. We suspect that the tech actually reported it "may" have resulted from pests and AHS is stating that means it's not "normal wear and tear" and is denying the claim even after complaining to the BBB.
